Saying Marshall has stepped up during De’Anthony Thomas’ absence is an understatement. The San Jose native has averaged 106.6 yards rushing per game as the lead back and has helped Oregon’s offense continue at its historic rate. In the those three games against Colorado, Washington and Washington State, Marshall has averaged over five yards per carry in each of them and has scored five touchdowns. For the season, he has racked up 746 yards on 111 carries and nine touchdowns.

His rushing numbers currently have him ranked third in the Pac-12 behind Washington’s Bishop Sankey and Arizona’s Ka’Deem Carey.
