Four UC Berkeley students were the victims of an armed robbery Sunday at an unidentified location in Berkeley.

According to a UCPD crime alert released Friday, the four students, who are residents of the Unit 3 residence halls, left their dormitories to smoke marijuana in People’s Park. Three individuals allegedly asked the students for their remaining marijuana. The students walked away, and the individuals followed them.

The individuals then allegedly pointed a firearm at the students and demanded the marijuana, cell phones and wallets. The students turned over their money and the individuals left, police said.
