Andre White, who has been charged with second-degree sexual abuse, is due in court July 26.

Trial is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. July 26, and it is expected to last two to three days, according to court documents.

The 39-year-old White was charged with second-degree sexual abuse earlier this year.

White was at a residence in Lone Tree on the night of Jan. 22 when he allegedly forced a woman to have sex with him by holding a knife to her throat.

White reportedly threatened the lives of the woman and her son if she told anyone, according to police.
