The ASUO president no longer has the ability to unilaterally put together the budget if the ASUO Senate does not meet its deadline.

The ASUO Constitution now has a three-prong test to determine non-fulfillment: Whether the ASUO official acted in good faith, damage caused by non-fulfillment and remedial measures taken by the ASUO official. The ASUO Constitution Court is now able to determine other sanctions other than removal or vacancy.

The ASUO Elections Board is removed from the ASUO Executive’s purview and a new process to remove a board member is created.

The ASUO Elections Board will need to outline deadlines to stipulate the response time of grievances and posting election rules.

Office hours: Yes. 2,248 – 956

ASUO senators will now be allowed to serve one of their office hours outside of the ASUO office.
