Oregon men’s golf begins Pac-12 Championship in Los Angeles

The University of Oregon men’s golf team began the Pac-12 Championship tournament in Los Angeles on Monday.

Two rounds were played on Monday and after 36 holes, the Ducks found themselves in ninth place after shooting 32-over par as a team. California currently leads the tournament, holding onto a comfortable nine-shot lead over the UCLA Bruins.

The Oregon leader in the clubhouse is Rak Cho, who shot even-par during his first two rounds of the tournament. The other five golfers on the Duck squad all shot over par, and all six will return to the links on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m.
