The Register-Guard’s Rob Moseley breaks down the new information in Oregon football’s NCAA investigation. Oregon revealed to the media yesterday about the NCAA Notice of Allegations. The notice released yesterday stated that all the alleged violations could be potential major violations.

The NCAA Outdoor Track and Field West Preliminary Round kicks off today in Austin, Texas.

Both the men and women’s track teams will be competing this weekend for a spot at the NCAA Championships, which will be held in Eugene this year at Hayward Field from June 5-8.

The Emerald’s John Goodwin reports that the bar is set high for both teams’ athletes here.

Oregon guard Damyean Dotson is one of 24 players invited to attend the 2013 USA Basketball Men’s U19 World Championship Team training camp that will be held June 14-19 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Dotson finished this last season as Oregon’s second leading scorer, averaging 11.4 points a game.
