In the early hours of Saturday, July 14, an FSUPD officer was conducting a routine security check of a Heritage Grove fraternity’s organized function when he noticed a female passed out on the sidewalk. The female, a current FSU student, was found unconscious and unresponsive after vomiting on the sidewalk. Leon County Emergency Medical Services also responded to the scene. A Marchman Act was enacted on site and the incapacitated female was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for treatment.
