The Ducks made program history last week when they were ranked No. 1 in the country for the first time in school history.
After sweeping rival Oregon State over the weekend in which the Ducks’ offense outscored the Beavers 38-7, Oregon is now the unanimous No. 1 team in the country based on the latest rankings given by ESPN and USA Softball.
The Ducks retained their No. 1 spot by receiving 500 votes and all 20 first place votes, the first time a team this year has received all 20 votes.
UCLA jumped a spot to No. 2 after receiving 472 votes while Michigan, Tennessee and Arizona State rounded out the top-5.
The Pac-12 continues to be the strongest conference in the nation as it takes up five of the first 11 spots with Arizona coming in at No. 9 and Washington coming in at No. 11.
The Ducks have posted an 8-2 record against the top-25 with the lone losses coming to No. 7 Florida and No. 2 UCLA.
Oregon returns to action for a three-game series against Cal starting on Thursday. The first pitch will be at 4 p.m. at Howe Field.
