Why are you at the UO?

I am at the UO because of the school spirit. While walking through my first school tour there were multiple occasions where students would walk by and yell “GO DUCKS!” I knew by the end of my tour the UO was the school for me.

How do you want to change the world?

I want to change the world by simple acts of volunteering. Strengthening community is essential to our vitality. Our world will become a better place when everyone gives back to help others.

What has been the best part of your college experience?

Being apart of Delta Tau Delta has given me opportunities, connections, hardships and a lot of laughs. Most importantly Delt has given me brotherhood. This has shaped and cultivated my college experience.

What are you proud to have been a part of at UO?

I have been most proud of the two years I was able to go on Alternative Break trips. Alternative Breaks provides students the opportunity to collaborate together and go on trips to domestic and international communities to help serve others.

What are some of your goals after you earn your degree?

Move onto a graduate degree program in chemistry.

What groups are you associated with on campus?

Interfraternity Council – President

Delta Tau Delta – Member

Professor Tyler Research Laboratory – Undergraduate Researcher
