25 Ducks: Phebe Udo hopes to improve lives through her service

Phebe helped coordinate the MLK Day of Service, which had over 200 volunteers and is a strong believer that any student can cause a positive change in the world.

Why are you at the UO?

I am an Oregonian and the UO is the best school in Oregon.

How do you want to change the world?

I want to be able to make change in the world by helping to improve people’s quality of life.

What has been the best part of your college experience?

The best part of my college experience has been making connections with passionate students and getting involved with various groups on campus.

What are you proud to have been a part of at UO?

I am proud to have been a part of the University of Oregon’s Holden Center because it has provided me with many opportunities that I would not have had otherwise.
