During a yoga class designed for parents and their babies, Angie Gwiazdon, founder of K-9 Connection, realized that she could do the same thing with her dog.
After doing some online research, Gwiazdon found that “doga” was trending on both coasts in 2009.
So she called up some of her yoga-trained friends, and doga came to Minneapolis. From April through November of the K-9 Connection’s business season, doga sessions take place once a month, with the roster ranging from five to about 15 people.
