UH Campus Recreation will host its own Biggest Loser competition starting Friday, when participants can expect a 30- to 45-minute assessment and program orientation.

During the 5-week program, participants will meet twice a week with a personal trainer, undergo two health and fitness assessments and work on living a healthier life, all while aiming for the top three places.

Participants don’t have to worry about weight loss; program points are earned through participation, attendance and dietary tracking.

Registration for the program is $125, and students can register at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. For more information, visit uh.edu/recreation.
