Shooting on UCLA campus prompts campus lockdown

The Los Angeles Police  Department responded to a reported shooting on University of California, Los Angeles shortly before 10 a.m. at the engineering building, Boelter Hall. The UCLA campus is currently on lockdown, the Daily Bruin reported.

The Daily Bruin also tweeted that the shooter is wearing a black jacket and black pants.

Two students are reported injured, while the shooter is still classified as active. The city of Los Angeles is on tactical alert.
