No one could have predicted the events that took place Thursday night as the unranked Cougars handed the No. 3 Louisville Cardinals a 36-10 defeat despite being 16-point underdogs.

Head coach Tom Herman improved to 6-0 against ranked opponents in his career with the victory. The Cougars are now the only team in the nation with two wins against top-five ranked opponents.

Above are some of the best images from the historic night.
