Oregon wide receiver Jalen Brown will graduate in June and play his final two years of eligibility at another school, he announced on Twitter.
“I will be looking to continue my collegiate career at another institution,” Brown wrote. “I have received my permission to contact, and I am in the process of evaluating opportunities at other schools to obtain my master’s degree. … I am blessed to have been a part of this program and I am also looking forward to the journey ahead of me.
“I will miss my teammates and friends here in Eugene, and I wish the Ducks great success in the future.”
The 6-foot-1 wideout signed with Oregon as a four-star recruit. At Oregon, coaches and players praised his speed and ball-catching ability. He finished the 2016 season with 19 catches for 318 yards and three touchdowns.

Brown made his first career start in Oregon’s game against Washington and emerged as a valuable weapon for quarterback Justin Herbert. He finished the 2016 season with appearances in 12 games.
The Phoenix, Arizona, native’s breakout game came against Arizona State when he had five catches for 97 yards. Brown caught seven passes for 89 yards in 2015 while playing in all 13 games. He redshirted the 2014 season.
He picked the Ducks over Arizona, Oregon State, Vanderbilt and Wisconsin out of high school.
