Jocelyn Sam takes time to destress from finals by holding Franklyn.
Compassionate Paws brings therapy animals to the Georgia Highlands Library at the Floyd campus on December 4.
Franklyn the rat brought peace to those who interacted with him. Although unconventional, Franklyn enjoyed being pet and fed by students taking a break from studying for finals. Sparrow the dog also came to the library to spread the love. Sparrow is a bit shy but eventually, with the help of treats, warmed up to the students.
