Berkeley police search for missing person at risk
Berkeley Police Department is seeking community assistance in finding missing person at risk John Fizer.
Fizer was last seen departing on an AC Transit bus Wednesday at around 10 a.m. near Shattuck Avenue and Berkeley Way, according to a Nixle alert sent Thursday. He was wearing a black leather jacket over a beige shirt and gray jeans, carrying a Walgreens bag.
The alert described Fizer as a 75-year-old white male weighing 145 pounds and standing 5 feet 10 inches tall with blue eyes and red/gray hair. Anyone who has seen or heard from Fizer is asked to contact BPD and reference case #2021-2658.
