If your group is willing to make this into a debate, take into consideration a few major factors. Who is the cook in the house? They should likely be closest to the kitchen. Loud boyfriend/girlfriend visits? Keep them downstairs and in an isolated corner room. Early bird classmate? They should also be considered for the isolated corner.
