Of the eight people arrested, three of them were residents of the apartment. The residents were cited for a noise complaint, giving alcohol to minors, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice and coercion. Of the three residents, two of them were UO students.

When police arrived at the party, the people in attendance started to run from the apartment and jumped off the second story balcony to escape the police. Officers found 30 people crowded into the small apartment.

The video takes place when the police were rounding up the people in the apartment.

Both the police and the people at the party have yet to respond to the video.
