Mack’s sentencing is set for May 2, where he will receive a minimum of six years, due to the first-degree sexual abuse incident alone, according to UOPD spokesperson, Kelly McIver. Due to the two counts of the third-degree sexual abuse and the public indecency, he could receive a longer sentence.
