Former NBA player Dennis Rodman wants North Korea to “do me a solid.” He went on Twitter to ask North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to release Kenneth Bae from incarceration.
The tweet is Rodman’s response to The Seattle Times writer, Thanh Tan, who suggested that Rodman should ask Kim Jong Un to release Bae.
I’m calling on the Supreme Leader of North Korea or as I call him “Kim”, to do me a solid and cut Kenneth Bae loose.

Bae, a former UO student, has been held captive by North Korea since November and was recently sentenced to 15 years of hard labor by the North Korean Supreme Court.
Rodman went to North Korea in February, during a tense time between that country and the United States. During his trip, he and Kim Jong Un attended a exhibition basketball game together. According to Rodman, he plans on returning to North Korea again in August to vacation with Kim.
