Captain Christopher looks off into the distance as he creates a balloon dog for a young child. Chris is a retired fisherman who took up creating balloon animals 28 years ago. During his fishing days up in the Bering Sea, he was making over $100,000 a year and because of that for the first 20 years gave out thousands of balloons free of charge.
