Houston’s 22nd annual Japan Festival will give attendees a taste of Japanese and Japanese-American culture Saturday and Sunday at Hermann Park.
The day-long events include a puppet show and a performance with taiko, which are traditional Japanese drums. A cosplay contestĀ for free airfare to Japan will also be held.
The festival will also host an assortment of Japanese food vendors. The event is free to attend.
As of this time, there has been no cancellation or delay due to possibly inclement weather.
