That guy on Wall who made furniture out of cardboard and also came up with the awesome pun Chairigami is now closing his storefront to go to the Institute of Design at Stanford. Like, that guy’s doing things with his life.

This past week my principal concern was planning my schedule around Windham Campbell events to get free food so I wouldn’t have to turn on my stove. (If you missed the events, no worries—the food’s gone, but Culture went and can tell you all about it.)

Maybe it’s not too late for me. “Doing something with your life” can look like a lot of things. In a world where Goldman Sachs beckons and grad school looms, forging your own path is something to be admired.

In this week’s cover, Phoebe Petrovic, ES ’18, takes us on Junzi Kitchen’s journey from three Yale graduates’ dream to a near-reality. The restaurant, opening on Broadway soon, is only one in a growing number of startups coming out of Yale each year.

Elsewhere in the paper, writers remind us of the powerful changes we have the responsibility to make. Graham Ambrose, JE ’18, takes us to the Planned Parenthood Rally, and Helen Price, DC ’18, advocates for a more positive sexual culture on campus.

Unstick yourself from your daily routine and sit with us a while. Take a break from p-sets and listening to Hamilton on loop. We’ve got good things to say and cool places to take you.

Take it easy,
