Man allegedly exposes himself to Berkeley City College student
A man allegedly exposed himself to a female Berkeley City College student and began to masturbate after pacing in front of her car Tuesday afternoon.
The victim, who was inside her parked car on Center Street when the incident occurred about 4:45 p.m., was able to get a picture of the suspect before driving away, according to a Nixle alert. The suspect was described in the alert as an “unkempt” Black male adult in his 40s with black hair and brown eyes. He was seen wearing black pants over orange sweatpants, a blue Cal sweatshirt and a green canvas jacket.
The man is believed to make frequent appearances in Downtown Berkeley and south UC Berkeley campus, according to the alert.
